This time a personal need sparked the wish to return to something very close to my heart – the verses and little songs I have illustrated for Zmajček magazine in recent years – and to give them a very special place.

What makes creating for children special is the interplay of two seeming opposites – a delicate, fragile aesthetic and lively, untamed childlike joy. This calendar is where those worlds meet: the gentle, almost porcelain softness of watercolour, pulsing with pure joy of life. The result is a world as tender as a butterfly’s wings and as wildly happy as a child’s squeal.

My special thanks go to dear Urša, editor of Zmajček, who always senses which verses will call to my brush, and to all the poets and composers whose words and sounds I was allowed to give a visual form.

Beyond all the marked dates and obligations, may this year bring you above all room for a gentler rhythm, the ring of good poetry and the nuances of time we too often fail to hear in the rush.

For 2027 I have made two versions, a wall and a desk calendar, so you can choose the one that best suits your corner:

Illustrated wall calendar 2027 (30 × 30 cm)

An illustrated art wall calendar that will beautifully complement your home or workspace.

Size: 30 × 30 cm closed (30 × 60 cm open on the wall)

Binding: Metal spiral with a hole for easy hanging

Paper: Premium recycled Shiro Echo (300 g) paper – thicker, soft and natural to the touch

Art for framing: When the month is over, simply cut out the illustration and frame it as a print of its own, or give it as a gift

TIP: Have a look at the poetry book MOJI mamici too – it makes a lovely addition to your gift.

Quality and sustainability, with love from Slovenia 🌿

The calendar is designed, made and printed entirely in Slovenia (design by Darja Malarič, printing by Camera).

To make sure it reaches you in perfect condition, I pack it myself, carefully, in a sturdy cardboard box.

Stock is limited – secure your copy now!

Little Songs in Colour – a special 2027 edition with illustrations from Zmajček magazine.

30 × 30 cm (30 × 60 cm open on the wall) · metal spiral for hanging · recycled Shiro Echo paper (300 g) · printed in Slovenia · every month is an illustration you can cut out and frame

Pre-orders are open.
