The picture book Over the Rainbow<\/em> by Katja Rinc was created out of a deeply personal loss\u2014the death of a child (Alja). One challenge was how to talk about this with an older sibling who had been eagerly awaiting her sister. Realising there was little supportive literature, Katja transformed her story into a resource for families navigating grief.<\/p>\n

It offers parents and children a compassionate, age\u2011sensitive tool for naming feelings and fostering gentle conversation.<\/p>\n
