Art Expo Graz: Where Illustration Meets Abstraction
Art Expo Graz illustration exhibition – From Friday to Sunday I’m heading across the border! Between 24 and 26 April you can find me in Graz at Art Expo Graz, where for the very first time I’ll be showing, all in one place, a selection of 8 works that best capture my current creative range.
It’ll be a special interweaving – on one side my recognisable illustrations, brimming with detail and whimsical characters, and on the other abstract works, where colours are no longer merely a backdrop but become the main story. As you know, with me it’s the colours that set the rhythm; sometimes they come together into a face, and sometimes they stay a raw feeling that I can hear and smell.
If your travels take you to Austria, I warmly invite you to come and see this little “laboratory” of mine, entirely without the colour black.
