GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the zoki.art website, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The website is operated by Zoki.art, Zorana Živić, s. p. (hereinafter: zoki.art). By using the website, the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
Zoki.art strives for the accuracy of the provided information and reserves the right to make changes. Typographical errors are possible. Images on the website may be for illustrative purposes only. Decorative accessories shown with products in photos are not included in the delivery.
Any use of the website content and photos is only permitted with the express consent of zoki.art. All copyrights are reserved.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
By registering on the website, the user warrants the accuracy of the information provided and ensures that only they will access the website with their username and password (in the event of a breach, we reserve the right to disable access to courses and other electronic resources without a refund and without notice). At the same time, the user agrees that zoki.art processes data for the purposes of business records, advertising, and tailoring content to users in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Personal data and contracts are stored for the duration of the website registration and are deleted upon account deletion.
The website uses cookies for optimal operation: they enable correct order processing, gather anonymised usage data and tailor content for visitors. By using the website, you consent to cookie use.
CONTRACT FORMATION
The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the company operating the website at the moment the buyer places an order. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.
PRICES
Published prices apply to all customers. All prices are in EUR and exclude delivery costs. We reserve the right to change prices; any change is effective for orders placed after the change is published.
STOCK
If ordered products are out of stock, zoki.art will inform the customer and provide the estimated delivery time. If the customer does not agree, they may withdraw from the contract.
DELIVERY
Paid orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days after completion. Products are delivered by GLS to addresses in Slovenia.
Packaging and shipping costs are not included in product prices.
If products are received damaged, the buyer must immediately notify the website administrator at hello@zoki.art.
Electronic products (courses, photos, e‑books, etc.) are provided exclusively in digital form.
PAYMENT METHOD
You may pay by proforma invoice or other supported electronic payment methods.
Payment by proforma invoice is made to the current account opened at Delavska hranilnica d. d. with the following details:

The payment deadline for a proforma invoice is 3 working days after its receipt. If unpaid within this period, it is deemed that the buyer withdraws from the order.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS
Physical products:
The consumer may notify zoki.art within 14 days of receipt that they are withdrawing from the contract. Withdrawal may be sent by email (hello@zoki.art) or other written notice.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and clearly marked with order identification. Return postage is borne by the buyer. Shipments sent carriage due will be refused.
Upon withdrawal the seller will refund all received payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, by transfer to the bank account provided by the buyer.
Electronic products and made-to-order items:
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s precise instructions or clearly personalised, nor for digital services/products (courses, e‑books and other electronic products) once access/download has begun.
MATERIAL DEFECTS
In the case of a material defect or incorrect delivery, the buyer may exercise rights under the Consumer Protection Act by notifying the seller within two months of discovering the defect, describing it in detail and enabling inspection.
If the item lacks properties necessary for normal use, a special use previously disclosed, or agreed qualities—and the buyer has duly notified the seller—they may request repair, a proportionate price reduction, replacement, or a full refund. The seller bears the costs of remedying a material defect.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The buyer must handle products carefully and in line with their intended use. The seller does not warrant against defects or damage arising from improper or careless use.
The website administrator is not liable for damage arising from technical problems, service interruptions or other disturbances. Although we strive for accurate, correct and timely information, we accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES
When the buyer is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of sections 8 and 9 of these Terms do not apply; instead the Obligations Code governs.
VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms are valid from 12.12.2023 until revoked and may be changed without prior notice. The current version is available to the customer at the time of purchase.
