Although 2020 was one of the most unusual years so far, I decided to dedicate a calendar to it. The calendar consists of 12 illustrations I had already started creating in 2019.
Each illustration reflects a dreamy, surreal reality. The calendar was published in a limited run and was much larger (30 x 30 cm) than last year’s version.
The 2020 calendar is a wall format whereas last year’s was a desk version. Although 2020 was the year of the pandemic which surprised many of us and turned our lives upside down, I’m very happy that each month I could gently resist it with my own creations. I hope you find a little fragment of hope in them too.
